The Solutions Engineer will act as a trusted advisor and product expert, supporting the pre-sales process through technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations while partnering with Sales. Post-sale, they will collaborate with Customer Success to provide technical guidance on implementations, integrations, and platform customization to ensure long-term customer success.

The GTM Operations, Strategy and Insights Lead will analyze data to generate insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, supporting strategic initiatives and performance metrics within Thinkific.
