The specialist will conduct routine chart audits, review member records for compliance with CalAIM and Managed Care Plan requirements, and identify documentation gaps or compliance risks. This role involves monitoring documentation quality, tracking trends, and supporting audit readiness across CalAIM programs like ECM, CS, and HHP.
