The Instructional Designer will lead early-stage design for new self-paced elearning modules using an Agile approach while supporting later-stage modules, requiring comfort in juggling parallel work streams. Key outputs include creating learning plans via Action Mapping, developing build-ready storyboards, and designing practical application activities.

The primary output involves building responsive elearning modules from provided storyboards, implementing required layouts, interactions, logic, and assessments while adhering to established standards. Developers will also be responsible for implementing updates from review cycles and ensuring all builds meet Section 508/WCAG accessibility requirements.
