The Closing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process, including communicating with clients, borrowers, internal staff, and outside agencies to resolve issues timely. This involves reviewing closing instructions, preparing disclosure documents, coordinating closings, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
