This role involves owning the day-to-day health of payment operations across various domestic and international rails, while also leading the customer and entity Know Your Customer/Know Your Business onboarding processes for US and Canadian clients. The manager will act as the operational point of contact for compliance matters, support licensing ambitions, and manage relationships with payment service providers and sponsor banks.
