The Director of Policy will develop and build out the policy department, supervising staff using equity-centered management practices while overseeing and coordinating the organization's political strategy across federal, state, and local levels. Key duties include tracking legislation, developing policy recommendations, leading advocacy campaigns aligned with community needs, and formulating policy positions on priority issues.
