The Director of Finance will oversee core financial functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, while building a scalable finance function to support growth. This role involves providing clear financial insights to leadership, identifying trends, and ensuring strong operational discipline and financial health.

This role is responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling IT operations, overseeing functions like help desk support, asset management, software licensing, and maintaining the company's cybersecurity posture for an approximately 80-person team. Key duties include managing IT ticketing systems, overseeing device lifecycle, owning the software stack, implementing security controls, managing vendors, and developing a scalable IT roadmap.
