Therapists will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT, maintaining a caseload of approximately 25 attended sessions per week for full-time roles. Responsibilities also include maintaining progress notes, using data to drive treatment, and participating in case consultation and professional development.

The role involves conducting remote psychiatric assessments (60 minutes) and evaluation/management sessions (30 minutes), managing psychiatric medications including controlled substances, and integrating brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate. Practitioners will partner with therapists and other providers on integrated care plans and utilize data-informed tools for treatment tailoring.
