The Manager will implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate the Tennessee Child Support Employment and Parenting Program (TCSEPP) within assigned Judicial Districts, providing coaching and supervisory oversight to TCSEPP Coordinators. This role involves building evidence-informed and trauma-informed practices to assist, support, and advocate for non-custodial parents involved with the child support system.
