The Mortgage Post Closer will be responsible for taking ownership of residential mortgage loan files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of post-closing activities, including reviewing files for regulatory compliance and preparing documentation for final delivery. This role specifically focuses on the review, submission, and delivery of case files to FHA or VA, resolving exceptions cited during underwriting, and insuring government loans by deadlines.

The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for managing residential mortgage loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and reviewed to advance files to closing. This includes funding pipelines, adhering to deadlines, analyzing documentation for income and assets, and maintaining communication with all relevant parties.
