Account Manager - SaaS Technology

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of laboratory accounts, acting as the primary point of contact while driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts and ensuring high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
