Software Engineers will work directly on Company platform to build or enhance features that solve customer problems across various teams focusing on modern software development areas like frontend, backend, or data. Responsibilities include writing and shipping code daily, contributing to automated testing, and collaborating within a team environment.

This role involves working a customer-facing third-tier support queue, requiring deep diagnosis of complex issues, including lab reproduction and source-code analysis, while quantifying customer impact and prioritizing solutions. Responsibilities also include engaging with customers and Engineering teams, developing support processes and documentation, and providing limited on-call support.
