The Quality Engineer II is responsible for test planning, design, execution, and automation across various Fandango applications, covering both front-end client and back-end server testing. Key duties include developing test scripts, tracking defects, and working closely with development teams to support application implementation.

The representative will engage and consult with sports administrators to identify meaningful ways to improve their organizations using SportsEngine software, developing a deep understanding of the industry and sales strategy. They must create interest with customers via various communication channels to position products as solutions and generate new selling opportunities.

This role involves designing, building, and evolving backend services and data platform components using Node.js and TypeScript, while defining modular, service-oriented architectures for scalable data ingestion and transformation. The engineer will also establish and evangelize engineering best practices such as TDD and SDL principles across the team.

Develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain back-end software and services for the Fandango ticketing platform using C# or Node.js, contributing to partner-focused and white-label capabilities via an API-first architecture. This includes developing integration points across systems and enhancing emerging AI-driven features like LLM-powered workflows.
