This specialist coordinates and monitors Probation and Parole field actions concerning the transfer and supervision of offenders under the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS). The role involves serving as a liaison to assigned districts, monitoring and resolving Compact issues, and acting as a resource for the Interstate Compact Offender Tracking System (ICOTS).

Principal duties involve independently investigating various complaints against licensed health care practitioners and facilities, and submitting reports detailing investigative results to safeguard public safety.
