The Talent Partner will be responsible for continuously improving the candidate experience by identifying opportunities across communications and interview stages, and driving sourcing and outreach initiatives to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Key duties also include running interviews, managing recruiting data in the ATS, and contributing to workflow and tool improvements.
