The Sales Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, sales analytics, and sales enablement for the TruSkin sales organization by managing key processes and providing analytical insights to support revenue growth across retail and eCommerce channels. Essential duties include developing performance reports, maintaining sales materials, supporting product launches, and collaborating with internal teams like Marketing and Finance.

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, managing, and planning complex projects across research, development, operation, and product implementation, ensuring coordination between third-party manufacturers, service providers, and in-house teams. Key duties include leading projects from definition to deployment, analyzing progress, managing scope and budget, and establishing continuous process improvement for efficient workflow.
