The specialist will manage referral portals, monitor faxes and webforms, and process incoming referrals using facility criteria while responding to inquiries within policy timeframes. Essential duties also include documenting interactions in Salesforce, completing prior authorizations, coordinating bed availability, and facilitating the intake and utilization review process.
