This role involves owning and managing a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and revenue growth through strategic lifecycle management across government, regulatory, and academic accounts. The manager will also drive continuous improvement of client records and operational workflows within Salesforce CRM, leveraging analytics to enhance data integrity and support executive decision-making.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the organization's data ecosystem, covering data engineering, analytics, reporting, and visualization initiatives through strategic program and project leadership. The Technology Solutions Owner coordinates complex, cross-functional data programs, aligning strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational performance with business priorities.

This role will lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategy to evolve the product opportunity and business model for WES Program Recognition, steering initiatives across various teams to ensure optimal customer solutions. The incumbent will also manage the product P&L, define pricing and distribution mechanisms, and lead a small team to achieve growth targets of 200 programs by the end of year one.
