Youth Civic

This role is responsible for leading field strategy, training and supervising Regional Organizers, and planning/executing cultural organizing, base building, and political programs with a culture-first approach statewide. Key duties include designing statewide campaigns to grow youth and BIPOC power, managing a theory of change, and supervising staff while developing training programs.
