Job Description

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through the integration of evidence-based practices, virtual care technologies, and quality improvement. • Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and resolve quality issues. • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of quality defects; propose and implement plans of correction. • Provide training and guidance on quality assurance practices and tools. • Drive the development and execution of strategies to mitigate potential quality-related issues. • Lead the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives across assigned service areas. • Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. • Present reports on program outcomes and progress toward quality goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field. (Required)
  • An active RN license in the state of practice is required for all Registered Nurses.
  • 3 years of quality improvement experience (Required)
  • 1 year of leadership experience (Required)
  • Familiar with DMAS, CMS, NCQA
