• Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, including surveys, market research, and past studies • Assist with aligning benchmark data from internal/external partners to compare against past time-boxing survey data to share across the business • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy • Create compelling data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization • Develop and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support as needed for specific market segments and roles • Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to both technical, and non-technical audiences • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed
