• Execute on people processes, operations, and policies across the entire employee lifecycle. • Own the administration and ensure data accuracy across all HR Systems and processes (HRIS, Leave Management, PEO platforms) • Serve as a first point of contact for People Ops inquiries and provide timely and professional responses and resolutions. • Help with the administration of annual people cycles (open enrollment, merit and promotion cycles, employee feedback, and performance management) • Develop and prepare people metrics reports (turnover, engagement results, exit themes, headcount tracking). • Identify and recommend new approaches, policies, and practices to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and the team. • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations within People Operations. • Partner with external counsel to support the employee population on visa support and related immigration matters. • Collaborate with finance to provide administrative support on payroll matters, leave management, and pay compliance.
