Role Description
As the Inbound Sales Agent, you will assist customers via inbound and outbound calls based on warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. Your day will consist of helping callers select the best storage space to fit their needs with daily goals centered around courteous, timely, and professional service.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)
- Experience working in a customer service/sales-based call center environment is a plus
- Action-oriented and focused on optimizing work processes
- Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged in professional development
