Role Description
The Sales Account Executive plays a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and closing new business within the B2B sector. This role is instrumental in driving the growth of our corporate customer base, contributing to a dynamic Customer Experience team driven by accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Respond to inbound prospective customer inquiries.
- Host calls, demos, trials, and provide order forms as required.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a great customer buying experience.
- Complete vendor registration, legal, and tech requirements as needed.
- Maintain Salesforce data, including leads & opportunity pipeline.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts.
- Collaborate with the CS team to run plays to generate new pipeline.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of sales/business development experience, within the technology or finance sector, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accurate sales forecasting.
- Experience navigating corporate procurement processes within the finance or technology sectors would be advantageous.
