Role Description
This role work from home with preference to candidates in Northwest Ohio. Would also consider any part of Northern Ohio. This role requires travel by car to visit clients in person. Minimal overnight travel. Travel is about 30% of the time.
In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our small business clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
Key areas of focus include:
- HR Consultative Support to Client Executive Leaders and Decision Makers
- The development/ongoing management of strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts (for example: Business Owner, CEO, CFO, CHRO)
- Collaborative efforts with ADP Sales, Service, Implementation teams and any other functional team as required to solve client problems, retain business, and receive high customer satisfaction ratings.
Success in this role can be defined by year-over-year increases in metrics related to:
- Customer satisfaction indexes
- Client retention rates
- Reference ability
- Exceptional HRBP client survey results

What you can expect on a typical day:
- Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: Serve as an HR expert to ADP's clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
- Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
- Provide Recommendations and Educate: Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel to see clients
- At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service/account relationship management or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
- A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include military experience.

- HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) or willing to pursue in the first year (preferred)
