- Spearhead the process of establishing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by assessing customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility across multiple product offerings.
- Drive the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Clearly convey product plans and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities.
- Manage expectations through regular updates on milestones, risks, and dependencies.

- 5+ years of recent product management or tax industry experience
- Successful history of launching and scaling products.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify and address product challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
