Role Description
AnewHealth is seeking PRN Pharmacists that have the ability to take on a fluctuating schedule that is dictated by the needs of the business. Candidates must be comfortable with no set guaranteed hours and the potential of some months with no hours.
- Deliver on quality standards to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed, and verified
- Responsible for the proper dispensing of all medications filled at ExactCare
- Opportunity to perform comprehensive medication reviews and targeted interviews
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
- Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s
- Communication with healthcare professionals and ensuring that the Dr. call line is answered
- Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
- Perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients and identify clinical intervention per patient with follow up
- Ensure all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met
- Other duties as appropriate

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active state Pharmacist license in good standing
- Ability to take on a fluctuating schedule dictated by the needs of the business
- Pharmacist dispensing and verification experience
- Clinical judgement experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners
