Job Description
Role Description
We are looking for an iCIMS Systems Administrator to optimize and evolve a high-impact talent acquisition technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll drive improvements across ATS workflows, integrations, and reporting infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance and scalable recruiting operations. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring platform.
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for the iCIMS ATS platform
- Troubleshoot system issues using strong logical and analytical thinking
- Implement system enhancements and new feature configurations
- Build, restructure, and optimize recruiting and sourcing workflows and entrance criteria
- Support and maintain API integrations including HR data mart reporting APIs
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support and monitor integrations, including Workday
- Participate in and own technical projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system performance and data accuracy
- This is a 6-month contract role
Qualifications
- +6 years of experience administering iCIMS
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a highly analytical approach
- Background in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition systems
- Experience building or restructuring recruiting workflows
- Experience setting up and maintaining iCIMS APIs and integrations
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for form and configuration adjustments
- Experience supporting HR data mart reporting/API integrations
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and understanding of integration architecture
- Demonstrated ownership of technical projects and ability to think strategically
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions
- Upper-intermediate English level
