Role Description
This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Gather and review daily transactions across various banking portals
- Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate transactions for additional insights
- Categorize daily bank transactions according to their respective GL codes
- Execute weekly loan funding procedures
- Assemble weekly reports related to accounts payable transactions
- Record interest payments on notes payable
- Compile a monthly report detailing bank fees and charges
- Manage and support loan collections payment postings
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience
- Financial institution background is a plus
