Job Description
Role Description
This position manages people and is part of WWT’s Digital & AI Platform Solutions team, which delivers insight-driven products, platforms, and experiences.
- Craft thought leadership and AI-driven solution narratives that reflect a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Define how WWT’s AI, data, and digital capabilities can address business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and strategic roadmaps.
- Partner with client stakeholders and cross-functional WWT teams to define and deliver AI-enabled solutions and platforms.
- Drive discovery, roadmap development, and execution across the AI lifecycle—from ideation and model selection to deployment and iteration.

- Business Case & Product Vision
- Tech/Model Evaluation (build, buy, fine-tune)
- AI Product Roadmap & MVP Planning
- Requirements & Feature Definition
- Data Readiness & Feature/Model Mapping
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Systems, or related preferred).
- Master’s degree a plus (AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Systems Engineering, HCI).
- 10+ years progressive experience in product management, solution design, or technology delivery, including AI-enabled products.
- 3–5+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering complex, multi-system products (software + hardware/sensors).
- Experience managing discovery and development for AI solutions, from experimentation to deployment.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, particularly when working with executive stakeholders.
- Consulting experience with VP/C-suite clients.
Requirements
- Proven track record of establishing and growing high-value relationships and partnerships with customers.
- Experience presenting/pitching strategic recommendations and complex concepts to IT and business leaders.
- Experience leading transformation programs that include real-time data, sensors/IoT, automation, and AI/ML.
- Deep experience leading diverse teams across engineering, design, data/ML, and operations through the product lifecycle.
- Strong grasp of computer vision fundamentals (detection, segmentation, tracking), model evaluation, and production considerations (drift, monitoring, retraining).
- Familiarity with digital twin concepts (asset models, spatial/3D context, simulation, interoperability).
- Familiarity with robotics/automation workflows (task definition, autonomy levels, safety constraints, human-in-the-loop operations).
- Agile delivery experience, with comfort operating in R&D-heavy environments (experimentation, prototyping, iterative validation).
- Contribution to project financials/budget tracking and understanding of P&L.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of the time.
