Job Description

• Prospect for new leads, qualify opportunities, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate our value proposition • Work closely with Business Development Executives and Account Executives to drive growth initiatives • Coordinate customer communications • Manage the sales pipeline through our CRM system • Build strong relationships, deliver effective presentations, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required plus 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Additional certifications in sales, business development, or relevant technical areas beneficial
  • Strong understanding of scientific workflows, laboratory operations, and industry trends
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships
  • Expert proficiency in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to develop strategic solutions
  • Self-directed with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to support territory requirements
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages valuable for international roles
  • Experience with CDMO services, laboratory products, or relevant technical solutions preferred
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer requirements
