• Guide the discovery, research, and strategic planning for the full-scale redesign of JedFoundation.org • Act as the central owner for the redesign project, managing the timeline, budget, and relationships with internal teams and external vendors • Champion a user-centric and data-informed approach, partner with product designers in co-creation, prototyping and testing of new site designs • Translate stakeholder needs and user research into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Oversee the content migration, QA testing, and go-live procedure to mitigate risk of SEO loss • Work with internal staff and external partners to facilitate the deployment and establish baseline KPIs
