Where You Fit:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support our Services team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, SaaS experienced professional that demonstrates the ability to take projects through to full production.
This position is available for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform wide range of administrative tasks related to scheduling customer integration and implementation projects for the Services team of Consultants.
- Understand project scope, budget, duration and requirements and communicate essential project information. Identify risks to ensure full utilization of Services resources
- Create project timelines and exit deliverables
- Monitor projects to evaluate progress and note issues in the event project delayed or incomplete
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders
- Work with local governments to analyze, configure and optimize processes while implementing software management systems
- Quality control configurations
- Work with different teams throughout the Company to communicate product status
- Become an expert on Springbrook's products, industry, and business model
- Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
- Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience in a growing SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business or Project Management or an additional 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience working in local municipalities or county government
- Skills in working with a cross-functional team
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Ability to speak with technical and non-technical team members as well as communicate with customers in a precise, professional, thoughtful format (written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications:
- Extra consideration for candidates with experience using Springbrook Software
- Fundamental understanding in permitting, planning, and licensing municipal processes
- Experience in implementing products that are sold to government, municipalities and utilities.
- Experience working with customers and internal teams
- Experience with project tracking software
- Certificate in Project Management desirable
- Positive attitude and high level of professionalism
