• Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S. • Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested • Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems • Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests • Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department
