Role Description
As a Refinance Transaction Coordinator, you will be the engine behind a seamless closing experience. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of real estate refinance transactions—from initial pre-closing review to final post-closing integration. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides themselves on delivering accuracy and exceptional service to lenders, brokers, and borrowers alike.
- Lead the pre-closing, closing, and post-closing phases for national refinance transactions.
- Review and approve critical documents, including title commitments, policies, residential settlement statements (CDs), and affidavits.
- Proactively identify and obtain curative documents to clear title hurdles and ensure files are ready for a smooth closing.
- Coordinate signing schedules and maintain punctual, professional communication with all stakeholders—ensuring everyone stays informed and on track.
- Ensure every file strictly adheres to contracts, mortgages, deeds, and title policy requirements.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a mortgage title or a closing company setting (required).
- Hands-on experience with ResWare or similar closing software is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of the national refinance landscape and the end-to-end real estate lending process.
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.

- Travel: Occasional local travel may be required for team meetings or professional development events.
