• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical candidates, with an emphasis on residency programs. • Build and nurture strong relationships with doctors, residents, and clinical staff to understand their career goals and match them with opportunities. • Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies. • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, social media, job boards, and residency programs. • Track and report on candidate engagement, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics. • Act as a brand ambassador at events, residency fairs, and other networking opportunities. • Support candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
