Job Description
About Us
Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.
Higharc is seeking a Options Specialist on our Solutions Consulting team to play a critical role in accelerating customer adoption by resolving option mapping challenges between Higharc Studio and external ERP & CRM systems.
What You'll Do
You will work to ensure clean, accurate option data is entered into Higharc Studio, enabling builders to confidently price, configure, and sell homes. This role requires precision, consistency, and an eye for detail—as well as a willingness to jump into drafting or integration tasks as the business evolves. Expect to:
Execute the option mapping strategy provided by Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants.
Review ERP export files (e.g., CSV) to identify options that do not align with Higharc Studio formats.
Accurately recreate or re-map options into Higharc Studio, Higharc Config, and/or Showroom tools to ensure pricing and configuration are correct.
Maintain meticulous records of mappings completed and any issues encountered.
Conduct testing of mapped resources
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve mapping efficiency over time.
Assist with drafting work or ERP integration operations support when mapping needs are lower.
About You
You're eager to support our growing customer base and familiar with the Homebuilding ecosystem. You're excited to help build and improve operational playbooks and processes. You have:
2+ years of experience in homebuilding: estimating, architectural drafting, data entry, ERP support, or similar technical roles.
High attention to detail and strong task ownership.
Comfort working in tools like CSV files, databases, or browser-based design/configuration software.
Ability to work independently, manage repetitive tasks with consistency, and communicate clearly with teammates.
A major plus if you also bring:
Experience with Higharc Studio, Showroom, or Higharc Config.
Working at Higharc
Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. We offer flexible hours so you can do your best work without missing out on life. Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company.
Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. Haven't worked remotely before? We provide a stipend to create the ideal home office.
