Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in event management, live event production, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced, live event environments.
- Familiarity with or a willingness to learn Google Workspace, Smartsheet, HubSpot, and Jira/Confluence.
- Comfortable with traveling up to 30-40% of the time to support events across various locations.
