Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software product management experience using agile methodologies, with a track record of building complex web and mobile applications.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from initial discovery through to adoption and iteration.
- A highly collaborative and empathic approach that ensures internal stakeholders feel informed, included, and empowered by the tools you build.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate that feature proposals are well-matched to actual user problems.
- Proficiency in understanding system architecture and collaborating on technical requirements; ability to use BI tools to answer product questions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the comfort to own ambiguous problems, pivot based on new information, and find creative solutions to systemic challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical or business, or clinical needs into clear, actionable documentation and user guides for various audiences.
