Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service • Identify and target enterprise-level accounts within a specific industry or market segment. • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients. • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to close deals and achieve sales targets. • Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to key stakeholders, highlighting their value and competitive advantages. • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
  • 5-8+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales software tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to the company's products or services is highly desirable.
