• You will own the overall international accounting processes, including compliance. This includes providing advanced expertise and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of financial statements for our 7 international subsidiaries • You will work closely with tax, payroll, legal, and other accounting teams to ensure we meet all of our deadlines and obligations. You will function as a project manager in cases when there is a need for these various teams to collaborate on compliance deliverables. • You will oversee five international audits from beginning to end, working in conjunction with our third-party partners • You will own the relationship with our third party services providers who assist with local filings and compliance. • You will drive process improvements to ensure we are operating efficiently and create new processes to accommodate our always-changing and quickly growing business. • You will review the work of other team members and provide coaching and feedback as needed • You will be the go-to person for international accounting and tangent processes.
