Job Requirements
- Experience managing and developing technical BSAs, consulting teams, or hybrid product/operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design business processes and translate them into technical requirements and working systems.
- Hands-on experience building low-code or agentic AI solutions (e.g., GPT actions/agents, n8n, Glean workflows, Zapier/Workato, copilot builders).
- Strong understanding of modern LLM ecosystems (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
- Proven ability to prototype quickly, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Excellent system thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfort leading through ambiguity.
- A passion for turning emerging AI capabilities into high-utility, real-world internal tools.
