The Compliance Analyst, Trading will actively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a liaison for the Compliance department while maintaining detailed records of approved leagues, events, and restrictions for trading teams. Responsibilities include analyzing regulatory requirements for new jurisdictions, handling requests for new wager types, serving as a subject matter expert for assigned jurisdictions, and managing trading-related incidents.

This role involves acting as the primary compliance partner to Product and Engineering for new initiatives, leading risk assessments for new offerings, and translating regulatory requirements into scalable control frameworks. The lead will advise on various compliance areas like BSA/AML, licensing, and customer protection while ensuring new capabilities are integrated into the compliance program.

This role supports the governance and review of Regulatory Affairs data integrity while driving digital transformation projects, including standardizing global regulatory data, processes, and procedures. Key duties involve assisting with the integration of a new regulatory information management system and overseeing data extractions, mapping, quality, and migration processes.
