Job Description

• Lead and execute hands-on functional and ETL testing for PBM and Rebate systems • Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend data validation • Validate claims adjudication logic, rebate calculations, and financial reconciliation • Analyze and test source-to-target mappings and transformation rules • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and regression cycles • Support UAT through direct data validation and reconciliation reporting • Assist in drug benefit configuration (coverage, pricing, PA rules) • Provide PBM subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders • Mentor junior team members while actively contributing to testing deliverables • Independently manage deliverables, timelines, and risk escalation

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of Pharmacy Claims / PBM experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on Software Testing experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on ETL and data warehouse testing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent industry experience)
