Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Teaching & Instruction to lead a regional team of virtual teachers and drive execution of high-quality instructional delivery across assigned state(s) or district(s). You’ll play a critical role in ensuring alignment to local program needs while maintaining fidelity to Edmentum’s instructional models.

• Own instructional program quality and execution across an assigned region
• Supervise and coach teachers to ensure high-quality, standards-aligned instruction
• Manage regional staffing and teacher assignments, ensuring coverage and compliance
• Collaborate across departments to solve escalations and meet district expectations
• Monitor data and trends to identify risks and lead improvement efforts
• Serve as a regional representative with school and district stakeholders
• Participate in internal initiatives such as teacher development and certification efforts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and an Educational Leadership certification
• 5+ years of instructional leadership experience, including managing remote teams
• Successfully led instructional programs across geographies or multi-site environments
• Excellent coach with a track record of driving teacher growth and performance
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability virtual environment
• Understand regional education requirements and adapt practices accordingly
• Confident managing cross-functional coordination and external relationships
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about student success
• Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Requirements

• Pay range for this role: $100,000 — $115,000 USD
