Job Description Summary

The Delivery Manager – Talent Services is responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable delivery of Talent Services operations while driving projects and compliance initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This role oversees planning, leading, and delivering small to mid-size projects (service enhancements, process changes, tool rollouts) from initiation through closure for global pre-boarding, talent & culture, and learning services. This role will support large scale pre-hire activities for global M&A projects, and the roll out of global background check vendors and services.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities, including incident, request, and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Evaluates and advises regional teams on service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service stability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Drives and coaches to Lean principles 
  • Plan, lead, and deliver small to mid-size projects (service enhancements, process changes, tool rollouts) from initiation through closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and lessons learned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years in merger and acquisition service delivery, project management, or operations roles.
  • Minimum of 3 of years project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of global background check vendors with an emphasis on global implementation.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong experience managing onboarding and pre-hire experiences for M&A activities.
  • Experience with global pre-boarding and other global talent functions such as performance, culture surveys and learning
  • Ability to communicate concepts 
  • Ability to influence, advise and guide others through options and points of view

  • Demonstrated skill in judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems 
  • Knowledge of product performance and experience applying relevant Agile Frameworks and methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset 
  • Strong understanding of elicitation and management techniques

Pay and Benefits:

  • The base pay range for this position is $101,000 -135,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on March 12th, 2026.
