As an IC3 Proficient individual contributor, you will apply professional expertise and established company policies and procedures to independently resolve a variety of IT issues and deliver well-scoped projects that keep our people productive and our environment safe.

- Partner with Security and GRC functions to maintain technical controls for audits like SOC II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA
- Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for how to perform common IT tasks
- Identify recurring issues and friction points, implementing process or tooling improvements over time to continuously improve our IT systems
Qualifications
- Minimum level of education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, service desk escalation, or a similar corporate IT role in a cloud-first environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Prior experience at a startup with fewer than 500 employees or other fast-paced environment
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing SaaS tools at scale, including license management, vendor coordination, and integration with SSO
