• Oversee and manage all activities related to procurement from intent to purchase through delivery and turnover • Must meet deliverables in scope, schedule and budget for renovations for vacation ownership properties • Review, quantify, and bid project specifications with appropriately aligned vendors to determine the best supplier • Financial planning and cost management, improving efficiencies, and tracking purchases and savings for each individual project • Track and report on procurement and expediting, and ensure complete and timely delivery of the FF&E • Develop and foster relationships with vendors and identify new vendors for approval • Maintain Brand Standards with vendors, Designers and Project Management • Be responsible for implementing standard commodities and pricing while focusing on one general commodity to provide oversight and expertise to other team members • Develop relationships with teammates through collaboration and communication to create a cost effective and efficient project management environment
