Job Description

• Deploy and configure infrastructure and virtualization solutions in customer environments • Execute on-site and remote implementations across enterprise data centers and COLO facilities • Perform system installation, migration, integration, and troubleshooting activities • Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure successful deployment and handoff • Support infrastructure upgrades, virtualization deployments, and workload migrations • Document implementation outcomes and provide technical knowledge transfer

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years in an MSP, VAR, ISP, NOC, or enterprise infrastructure environment
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting data center or virtualization deployments
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in fast-paced implementation engagements
  • Ability to operate independently while managing travel-based project work
