The consultant will lead end-to-end Procore implementations across various modules, designing and delivering client-specific solutions using deep technical expertise. They will also act as the primary Procore SME during sales pursuits and collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution.
The specialist acts as the initial contact for members and providers regarding Health-Related Services (HRS), handling inquiries via phone, email, and text to support improved healthcare delivery. Key duties include researching and resolving complex inquiries, assisting with service applications, documenting all activities in tracking systems, and adhering to HIPAA requirements.
