• Manage the contract life cycle for some of the following Categories; Software, Consulting, and other spend categories as assigned • Comfortable developing and managing Data Analytics and Dashboards; highly proficient in Excel • Collaborates effectively internally with Stakeholders and Suppliers • Compiles key market intelligence on key categories and suppliers • Develops new effective business and professional relationships with strategic suppliers and industry players • Employs project management tools, solutions and techniques • Draft and redline a wide variety of agreements, such as Software License Agreements, Master Agreements, SOW’s etc. • Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines • Independently solves problems and makes decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes • Deliver value and savings back to the business in the form of reduced pricing, additional products, and/or concessions. This position will have an individual savings target • Negotiate business terms such as pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, price protection etc. • Effectively communicate both positive and negative messages to suppliers and internal stakeholders
